Compliance with the Rules of Law and Integrity: Boomerang Logistics obtains and processes personal data in accordance with the law and honesty within the limits stipulated by the laws.

Accurate and Up-to-Date When Necessary: Boomerang Logistics maintains personal data completely and accurately and is updated when necessary. Boomerang Logistics makes the necessary arrangements in order to detect the correction, modification, updating or deletion of the personal data in case the personal data is not correct or up-to-date.

Clarity and Transparency: Boomerang Logistics processes personal data for specific, clear and legitimate purposes and does not process data for other purposes other than the data collection and processing purposes it makes transparent to the person concerned. Care, Proportionality and Consistency: Personal data processed by Boomerang Logistics are processed only in a way that is consistent with the stated purpose and with a reasonable limitation in this context. Personal data will not be collected for possible data processing purposes in the future, and this data will not be used, processed or transferred in any way that is not suitable for the purpose of obtaining personal data.

According to the minimum data policy, personal data is kept limited and measured for the purpose of obtaining, and data that is not needed within the scope of this purpose is not kept.

Limited Period: In the event that the main purpose requiring the processing of personal data disappears and this data is no longer needed, the personal data in question are deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Selection and Consent: Boomerang Logistics informs the data owner fully and duly regarding the processing of personal data. When necessary, it obtains the consent of the data owner regarding the said processing, and offers the option to withdraw the consent given or to make a request regarding the data. Boomerang Logistics handles the personal data of the data subject within the other principles set forth in this Policy, after the data subject withdraws his consent.

Data Subject's Rights

Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), personal data owners are entitled to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data in article 11 of this law. In this context, according to the Communiqué No. 30356 on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller; Boomerang Logistics Industry and Trade Limited Company ("Boomerang Logistics") has an obligation to respond to these requests.

In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law; Applications regarding these rights to our company, which is the data controller, must be submitted to us in writing or by the following methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").

Personal Application in Person

In the case of application in person, the application of the person is accepted if the identity confirmation is made. The Boomerang Logistics employee who received the application states on the form that the identity confirmation has been made after performing the identity check. (The "Information Request Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data" will be written on the envelope.)

Application to the Registered E-Mail Address

Application with E-signature or Mobile Signature

An application is made to Boomerang Logistics [info@boomerangfairs.com] e-mail address with electronic signature and/or mobile signature by the person concerned. With the electronic signature secure electronic signature application on the submitted application form, it is checked whether the file is signed or not, and the application is accepted after the identity confirmation. If the signature cannot be verified with the secure electronic signature application or the form is sent with a mobile signature, the person concerned is directed to written channels. ( "Personal Data Protection Law Information Request" will be written in the subject part of the e-mail.)

Application via Notary Public

Applications sent to Boomerang Logistics registered address by the relevant person through a notary public are received by Boomerang Logistics Headquarters Customer Relations Department. (Information Request under the Law on Protection of Personal Data will be written in the notification envelope.)

Your applications submitted to us will be answered within 30 days from the date of receipt of your request, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law. Our answers will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant KVK Law.
